Before you write

If you are reporting something wrong on a page, include the page address and what specifically is inaccurate. That single detail is the difference between a fix today and a fix next week.

Corrections

Wrong price, changed limit, removed feature, broken link. These get priority over everything else. We fix the page and note what changed.

Review requests

Send the official store link and one sentence on what makes it worth covering. We read every request. We cannot cover everything, and a request buys no promise about timing or outcome.

Developers

If we have described your product incorrectly, tell us and we will check it. We will not remove a published review or change a score on request, and we do not accept payment for coverage.
